This kit is the militarised version of a lorry in widespread use before WWII as a commercial carrier. The kit includes parts to assist the modeller who wishes to portray the vehicle in the commercial guise. This type was much favoured by the army for overseas service, such as in N. Africa, where the open cab was more appreciated than in the European Theatre. |
